By submitting payment, client agrees to the following terms:
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun due to the time, strategy, research, and custom creative development involved in each project. Any refunds issued are at the sole discretion of The Social Design Studio.
Branding and website projects include concept exploration and revision rounds as outlined in the project scope. Initial concepts, moodboards, sketches, and exploratory directions are part of the creative process and do not constitute final deliverables unless fully approved and finalized by the client.
Editable source files (AI, PSD, working files, raw design files, etc.) are not included unless explicitly stated in writing. Final deliverables are only provided upon completion of the project and receipt of final payment.
If a project is paused, canceled, abandoned, or terminated before completion, The Social Design Studio retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, strategy work, and creative directions. Unused or unapproved concepts may not be used, recreated, distributed, or modified without written permission.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all work throughout the project process. Once a design direction is approved, additional revisions or direction changes beyond the included revision rounds may incur additional fees.
Due to the custom nature of design services, chargebacks or payment disputes for completed creative work, strategy, revisions, or time invested are considered a violation of these terms. Documentation of correspondence, approvals, revisions, and completed work will be retained for dispute resolution purposes.
Project timelines depend on timely communication and feedback from the client. Delays in communication exceeding 14 days may result in project pauses, rescheduling, or closure.
By submitting payment, client acknowledges they have read and agreed to these terms.
